Excellent workmanship Sharpness upon receipt. Well packaged. Fits hand very well. Balanced for easy knife control. Visually stunning. Durable construction, easy open/close, Damascus design lovely, fits miles tactical magnetic knife pouch perfectly, nice touch with the dangles off the pommel, . Does not have a clip however the mag pouch with belt loop works great for carry duty. I bought for the combo of Damascus, large blade, artistry, and steel quality. Very happy with purchase.

Awesome knife I got this knife as a Christmas gift and I love it. The quality and detail are excellent. It feels good in my hand and the assist open works great. Worth the money she spent on it.

Razor sharp for a very short time I was initially impressed, but quickly became disappointed.Beautiful knives, razor sharp out of the box, BUT the sharpness doesn’t last long. Cutting simple things like A1 paper or light cardboard will dull the blade quickly. You will need to buy knife sharpener to keep it as sharp as it came out of the box..

Awesome Knife After beating the new out of the leather and cutting untold sheets of paper with this AMAZING KNIFE I am so impressed with it I must write a 5 star review the ball bearing action is insane smooth and the knife itself is of a heirloom quality no bs it is that beautiful. Yes I know China cheap blah blah blah I have personally spent tens of thousands of dollars with Ali express ordering things from China and yes a lot of it is crap but this is not part of that crap show. Very well made and you can see in the blade its true Damascus steel . Forgive the stuff on my shorts I work for a living I don't normally write reviews but I am that impressed with this knife.

High quality Damascus Steel I bought this pocket knife for my husband for an anniversary gift. It is very well made Damascus Steel. The opening/closing mechanism is very smooth and the blade is very sharp. The grip fit my husband's hand well and was comfortable for him. The tooled leather case is nice looking but the knife is a very tight fit. I'm sure that it will stretch out a bit with use. My husband's only complaint was that neither the knife or the leather case have a clip that will just clip onto his belt. The case has a beltloop-like strap through which you could slide a belt. The knife does not have any way to attach itself to a belt without the case.

Worth the price Just a bit of background to see where I form my opinions from. I have been collecting knives for the last 25 years, and making knives as a hobby for the last 12 years. I try not to fall into snobism because right now there are a lot of decently made knives to be had at great prices. This is not a review of a free item. It was a leap for me to spend over $100 on an unknown brand, when there are so many known quality knives under $50. I was seduced by its pleasing aesthetics and some extra cash to burn, why not give it a try? For all I know, this could be the next We/Civivi Cinderella story.Opening the box, first thing to check is the sheath. My only nitpick on the knife being the lack of pocket clip, I understand why the sheath, but most likely won't use it as I plan to put a clip on the knife. No fault found on the sheath itself - the edges are burnished and sealed, the tooling is crisp, the fade dye done right, not too stiff but not too soft, no bad smells and no loose threads. I make leather sheaths for fixed blades and I can tell this sheath was done right. It also allows for vertical or horizontal carry.Extras like the cloth, baggie and lanyard I don't care for, but that's me, it's stuff I won't use. On to the knife itself...Seems like the pics and description are accurate. I read a review that stated this was not damascus but a San Mai, and that is wrong. It IS damascus AND San Mai. Dragging a nail across the surface you can feel the ridges, and looking at the spine shows the etched core. The sides being damascus, I don't see why the core wouldn't be VG-10. It is a good steel but not an exotic premium, so I will accept their statement unless proven otherwise by metallurgical testing. The stock thickness of the blade combined with the flat grind makes it very slicey sharp. The action is good; not the fastest knife but not slow either. Lock engages with no play and disengages easily.I thought the subhilt would be uncomfortable, but it isn't. When the blade is folded it is on the same level as the start of the harpoon swedge, I don't think it will be a problem with pocket carry. The etching on the bolsters is clearly defined, and the GITD shredded carbon fiber scales are a nice classy touch. A filed and polished steel backspacer rounds out the package. No review would be complete without a report of actual, repeated use, but that will have to wait. As it is right now, I am quite impressed with this knife and will see what else this company comes out with.
