It’s just like the picture! Wow!! This was unbelievably fun to open, I wish I could do it again. One big box, then one little box the next day. I purchased the black one, and this took less than 4 minutes to compete its thing. Except for the pillows. Those took longer to fluff. There is no smell except for newness. Be careful when opening not to cut any material. This is a firm, wide solid couch. I love it. You can’t tell it doesn’t have hardware. It’s a little angular but that’s ok, you can always add more pillows or blankets if you want for comfort but personally I like that I can set things on my armrest and it not fall over. It’s very black like the picture. It’s about 3 ft high. I think it’s worth the money because Amazon delivered the package up my steps and there’s no set up. This was very easy.

The Biggest Mistake Ever So first and foremost this was the worst mistake ever made. Total waste of money. This couch is ridiculously small. As you can see in the picture my Cuban necklace is as tall as the couch, which is insane. On top of that I ordered the U shaped couch, and they didn’t send me my other piece. I should have an ottoman at the end of the couch to complete the “U Shape” and they never sent it. This is something that should be made for your children’s bonus room. I am completely unsatisfied. Because in the pictures you see a family with their feet kicked back and the couch looks big and comfy. When I got it, it looked very comfortable but when it unraveled it showed that it was not the same as the picture they portrayed. I order from Amazon faithfully and this is the worst purchase I ever made. Hands down. And then when I requested to receive my money back, because I didn’t even get all my pieces and I also didn’t receive what I thought I was getting, they are giving me the run around. Usually when I ask for a refund, Amazon does exactly everything right, but unfortunately this isn’t from Amazon. They just sell their products on Amazon so different rules apply for them. So be careful with what you are buying on here. I don’t want you ending up like I did.

A good couch! Couch was easy to assemble and take out of packaging. I love how comfortable this couch is!! I have a dog and am constantly cleaning it, but the couch is durable. I’ve had it since July of 2025. My dog loves to moveable ottoman (as do I when I want to cuddle with my boyfriend). It looks super comfy. For the cost of the couch, it was definitely worth it!

Amazing, but little back support This couch is absolutely amazing! It is extremely easy to assemble since it’s all foam, and comes in 3 different pieces that are max 70ish lbs each. You just (very carefully) cut open the plastic packaging and the couch begins to inflate immediately. It feels too squishy at first, but it definitely firms up within 24 hours and is now extremely comfortable.It’s so soft and looks so cute! The moveable ottoman is a great feature, since it can be pushed up against the chaise to make it into almost a full size bed for any guests. I was worried about the pieces sliding apart since there is no attachment mechanism between the sections, but the grip on the bottom has held up pretty well so far!It also is a great size- it can seat at least 5 adult people comfortably if you use the ottoman as a seat.I took away a star only because there is no real back support, since the back of the couch is very low. The included cushions help a little bit, but there isn’t much to lean back on. We have added an additional body pillow on top of the back but it’s still not great.For reference, I paid $591 for this couch and it was a good purchase! The ottoman came about a week later than the other 2 pieces, but the seller was very responsive when it didn’t arrive right away!

Greatest purchase ever, you wont regret it. If you are on the fence about buying this, take this as a sign from the universe to go ahead and get it. I have research this kinda couch on this app for so long. I even purchased one I had to throw away because of toxic smell and soft corners. This one is much better and better quality than another brand my ex hadThis mattress is so firm and sturdy, with great edge support for sex. Nonetheless, it feel so rich and comfy to lay on . I alternate sleeping on and my bed. Greatest purchase over

Best couch ever This couch is PERFECT. I got it without expectations since was way cheaper than my previous ones but it’s perfect. It’s huge and super comfortable. The fabric is also amazing. It’s super easy to assemble, since you just need to open and leave it for 3 days.Even my mom is in love with and wants to buy one for herself.

Must buy!!! Extremely comfortable!!!!! It is a firm couch, which is what I was hoping for since I have a bad back. It’s incredibly soft and cozy.Easy to set up as all you have to do is take it out of the box, CAREFULLY cut open the plastic and let it fully open and set for 72 hours.The couch is sturdy but not overly heavy so it is easy to move.Would buy again, 100%.
