Fits but also the airvent holes arent aligned so it will overheat faster decent but it blocks the airholes, just get the applecare for it, you already spent 3.5k for the dang thing, what's and extra $14 a month?

Very well made, and helps distribute the weight better. Pros:It helps with the distribution of weight and makes it more comfortable.Easy to take off and to put on without having to turn off the unit.It works best when sitting upright.I think it is a good value for the price. It comes with an extra pad.It fits me very well.Build quality is very good.Cons:Not very comfortable when lying down. It does not keep the unit in place.I think it would be better if they offered different pads of varying thickness.

Didn’t fit well These didn’t work out for me. Even though it came with different head padding, it just didn’t fit my face/head well. I still felt too much pressure on the front of my face and it was uncomfortable. I had to return them.

Simple design works well, but requires adjustments for best performance The Macally is a hard white plastic shield with a cushion attached.  It is meant to take some of the pressure off your face and better distribute it across your forehead.  It is more comfortable than the standard Vision Pro set up, but it requires a few tweaks in order to get the most out of it.   This is how I increased the comfort of the Vision Pro by 80%+:I removed the standard Solo Knit Band and replaced it with the Apple Vision Pro Dual Loop Band ($99).  I used the thinner (standard) light seal cushion and I paired that with the 0.8" Macally cushion.  When attaching the 0.8" cushion,  I lowering it around 1/4"  beneath the bottom edge of the black textured panel (smooth version of velcro). That is my "Secret" recipe for optimal comfort wearing the Vision Pro.   With this setup, the Vision Pro is much (80%+) more comfortable, allowing you to wear and enjoy it for longer periods of time.I don't think anyone's found a way to make it 100% comfortable.  Currently, I'm able to wear it for over an hour w/o too much difficulty.  If I'm fully engaged in a movie, I can make it to the end w/o getting a headache or pressure marks on my face.  Using the Macally and Dual Loop strap only helps when you're wearing it seated or standing. It does not enhance comfort when you're reclining or lying down.  I'd like to add a comment about design, since we are talking about an Apple product.  The Macally shield could have been made using a smooth plastic, it would have worked the same, and been easier to make.  Instead,  the designers used a textured diamond pattern for the shield, it compliments the intricate weave covering the front lens protector (and the light seal).  It may be a small detail, but I like how it looks and I appreciate the extra effort and the attention to detail.  I'm glad I got the Macally, It's been a solid purchase and one of the few Vision Pro additions I do not regret buying.

Design: 10/10. Material: 6/10. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review is the material for the cushion. I found the material to be more abrasive than the cushions found on the Annapro v1 and v2 head straps. I’d love it if they swapped it for a more comfortable material that won’t leave my forehead burning after an hour or so. To mitigate this, I’ve swapped my AVPs light seal with the thicker light seal to reduce the weight on my forehead. Seems to have done the trick, with the only downside being a slight reduction to the field of view. I still primarily use the Annapro without the light seal, but this is a good alternative when traveling seeing as it can be fitted without having to disconnect the device. I do appreciate the fact that this strap doesn’t interfere with the audio straps, whereas the Annapro directs sound away from your ear.

Great Vision Pro Head Strap This head strap is very comfortable. I have tried the annapro 1 and 2 as well and I would say that I prefer this to them for a few reasons. The way it attaches it much easier to remove for travel/storage. It puts less pressure on the arms of the vision pro because it attaches closer to the main body. It is very comfortable to wear and fits well. I'm very happy with how it works and it is well made. The strap makes the vision pro sit much more stably. I find it to be very comfortable and overall I am very happy with it.

It’s ok, but there is better In my quest to find a more comfortable headstrap for the heavy and uncomfortable Apple Vision Pro I decided to try the Macally strap. It was easy to place and did sit well on the front of my head. But I still felt the weight of the AVP although it did feel better. If I was going to use the AVP for less than an hour than the Macally would be fine. But after an hour or so the weight just felt uncomfortable again. The Macally is a step up from just the band, but if you are going to wear the AVP for a longer time I just don’t think it’s going to help. I’m still searching for a better headstrap

Would definitely recommend Makes it much more comfortable to wear using the solo band, and packs away easy in my carrying case.
