I ran this cable through the ceiling at my church the other night. After I ran it into a stage breakout box, there was no more hum. The cable feels nice and sturdy and rubbery. It laid out pretty straight fairly easily too. I had the 100 foot version. If there are any issues with the cable, I will come back and change my review but so far I would definitely buy one again.

Does not meet described spec. Ordered several of these based on the CAT6 spec of 10 Gbps up to 55 meters, and not a single cable meets that spec. Per the product description page: "CAT6 Ethernet Speed - This shielded Ethernet cable meets the CAT6 specification for light-speed data transfer up to 10 Gbps."I ordered: 8 @ 50', 10@ 25', 4 2100', and 1 @ 200' (I know this last one is out of the 10 Gbps spec). Not a single cable tested with a calibrated and verified Fluke tested at 10 Gbps, and in fact there was no consistency even across cables of the same length. Some 25' cables tested 1 Gbps, others at 2.5, and others at 5, but not a single one at 10, which is the spec I needed and for which I ordered these. Disappointed in the false information and inconsistent quality.

Amazing value. Just wish they made it in a CAT5e version for AES I have to admit that I was skeptical about it laying flat when unpackaged after being tightly coiled for who knows how long and also because the outer jacket is heavy duty but it eventually did relax and straighten out. Can't really speak to the durability yet since I've only used it twice but it appears to be very rugged. Heavier outer jacket than any other cable of this type that I have seen which makes it the best for live stage use. GearIT should make it in a CAT5e version because Midas and Behringer audio equipment can only use CAT5e to transmit AES protocol and there are hundreds of thousands of units of those brands of equipment in use that could connect with this cable. It is such a great value. This fact was something I did not realize before I bought this cable so I will have to sell it and find the right type. I wanted to buy more of them.

Flawless performance daisy chained for over 150 feet total! We use this with a second stage box and the connection has been fast and reliable. Daisy chained with another Behringer SD8, we have had zero issues with our connections or audio quality despite running between countless power cords and other data wires. Heavy Duty Cable This is a very robust, high quality cable. We were able it pull it through a conduit with no difficulty. We use it to link a MIDI driver and receiver, and it works perfectly.
