Se siente muy bien al tacto, no es un material gomoso, es plastico completamente por lo que no se va a despegar con el tiempo como el original, intente rasparlo con las uñas y no le paso nada.Tenia mis dudas cuando lo saque de la caja por que se sentia algo "barato" pero ya puesto se siente y mira bien, lo recomiendo sin duda para restaurar el controlUn pequeño detalles es que trae tornillos negros y quedan bien con mi carcasa transparente jaja

TL;DR: Klasse Produkt, die Garantie geht nur leider verloren.Ich habe mir sowohl Vorder- als auch Rückgehäuse von eXtremeRate gekauft, weil ich sehr schwitzige Hände habe und die gummierten Griffe des Elite 2 absolut nicht leiden kann - dafür aber auf die Wertigkeit des Controllers nicht verzichten wollte. Das Plastik meiner Backshell ist Soft-Touch, aber immer noch Plastik.Die Qualität stimmt, es werden auch vollständig alle Werkzeuge, Schrauben etc. (sogar inklusive Ersatz-Knöpfen, Federn und Schrauben) mitgeliefert, sollte man diese verloren haben. Auf Youtube gibt es ein englisches (!) Video, auf dem erklärt wird, wie man die Backplate der Version 1797 mit dem Toolkit austauschen kann. Das Einzige was ich empfehlen würde ist ein besseres Tool zum Aufmachen des Controllers zu verwenden, als das mitgelieferte, da es sich doch sehr stark biegt und kaum Kraft aufbringt, wenn man den Controller zum ersten Mal öffnet. Das liegt daran, dass die Controller-Innenseite mit Klebeband an der Front-Shell festgeklebt ist.Wichtig zu erwähnen: Eine der ersten Schrauben die man löst ist mit einem weißen Tip-Ex ähnlichen Klebepunkt überzogen, der vermutlich die Garantie erlischen lässt, wenn man ihn zerstört.Alles in allem bin ich super zufrieden, der Controller sieht schick aus und fühlt sich wertig an. Der Umbau war trotz 2x ansehen des Videos innerhalb von 30 Minuten von der Hand.Klasse Produkt. Würde ich 1:1 wieder kaufen. Vielen Dank!

A carcaça surpreende pela qualidade. O acabamento é muito bonito e o encaixe fica impecável no Xbox Elite 2. Good product!!! After ordering a few items from this brand I can say they all have been good quality. Which is why when the bottom shell to my “Xbox elite controller 2” started to peel and crack I took to Amazon and searched eXtremeRate and found they had replacement bottom shells options. Everything was packaged well and with the necessary tools for disassembly and assembly. I have purchased face plates from them as well and all have been good quality. If your thinking about getting rid of your controller and don’t have any hardware issues with your controller and it’s just the face plate or back shell that is damaged or peeling or your just wanna change the look…this was a great option. The fit of the bottom shell and face plate was perfect. They have different color options, the grip was fine no complaints with that, I love the look of my controller I matched it with the glow in the dark face plate. Overall everything was good!

This fixed the factory controller case that was falling apart. It's pretty good and worth 5 stars. It feels good in the hand despite the cheap texture. Really easy install.

Slightly challenging This is a great shell, and the instructional video on youtube is very clear and easy to follow; however, I’m only giving this 4 stars because of some issues with the provided equipment.As I was re-assembling my controller the long magnets simply snapped in two. I wasn’t bending them or anything - they just suddenly snapped when I set them down. Thankfully I was able to use the magnets from the stock shell, but I’d otherwise be SOL.The other issue is that the smallest screwdriver seems to be slightly too large for the paddle PCB board screws. I completely stripped 2 of the 4 screws and am lucky that I didn’t scratch the board when using pliers to get them out.Once complete, the shell seems to be high quality and looks/feels great. Overall, the magnet issue is likely a freak accident, but the screwdrivers should be addressed

This one worked perfectly Installation instructions were clear and very easy to follow. Fit was perfect. I would suggest (if your battery is a few years old) now is a great time to buy a replacement battery too, as it will never be easier to replace. The black matches my color perfectly.

Looks and feels great Perfect fit. Great feel. Texture is real. Not too grippy, not too slippery. I'm happy that it came with all of the replacement parts, even though you can use the OEM parts. I kept the original magnets, because one of the new ones broke when it was attracted to the bar magnets. I was thrilled that the trigger selectors had replacements, as one of the OEM ones was missing the rubber cover. I fully recommend this.

The installation video is a must watch It's a well known problem that the rubber grips on the stock shell have a tendency to warp. The eXtremeRate Bottom Shell is great replacement. It doesn't have textured rubber. Instead, the shell is a smooth, matte plastic. It seems well made. Time will tell how well it holds up to wear and tear.The installation video is very helpful. Opening the controller is perhaps the most difficult part for first timers.I've opened my controller before to replace other parts, so this was not a problem. Fortunately, you don't have to disassemble the main circuit board. You transfer the battery and the two small circuit boards for the paddles to the new shell. Install a few magnets and then put everything back together.My controller feels like new.
