They should make umbrellas that don’t tilt. Less than a year after we bought our beautiful yellow umbrella, it’s broken and unusable. First it broke because of the tilt feature. It’s a weak point. Why can’t they offer umbrellas without it? We are not the first people this happened to. Then the cord broke, but not in the usual places patio umbrella cords break, and we have no idea how to fix it. The canvas part is well made, but the pole with its tilt is typical American design failure, or maybe its typical American capitalism: they have designed a product that breaks so that you have to keep buying them.

Customer service, good quality! The umbrella is nice quality material. I did have a mishap with the tilt mechanism, and having purchased in February 2019 I thought I would be on my own. But, inquiring about potential repair, the Seller shipped (at no charge) a replacement frame! Very satisfied, the umbrella looks great! No fading at all!

Sturdy and beautiful. We bought Treasure Garden umbrellas about 10 years ago. We loved them. Then a few weeks ago a sudden strong gust of wind blew them over causing unrepairable damage.So naturally we wanted to buy Treasure Garden umbrellas again. When they arrived, we were surprised to see how much stronger the fabric was when compared to our 10 year-old umbrellas. They're sturdy and look fabulous on our patio.
