Parasol de 3x4m piétement stable et solide bien qu’imposant conforme à la description, facile à mettre en place alliant aluminium et inox , toile relativement épaisse ne laissant pas passer le soleil , poteau poignée et baleine sont solidesJe suis content de mon achat

Ce parasol est de très bonne qualité. Bien suivre la notice de montage et être à 2 personnes pour l'installer. Après ce n'est que du bonheur à manoeuvrer. Le parasol ne bouge pratiquement pas avec le vent et surtout ne fait pas un bruit de couinement comme notre vieux parasol. Le vendeur est très réactif à répondre à toutes les questions. Juste que nous avons pris un peu trop grand par rapport à l'endroit où nous voulions l'installer mais ça va quand même.

Purple Leaf is a wonderful product!!!😍🙌 The packages came exactly as described. The packing was awesome and well protected. I was impressed with the quality of the umbrella. The umbrella structure is as promised. Kudos to the company for making a great product!The instructions were so easy to understand and follow. Loved the quality of the booklet. All the hardware was in the packaging. I liked that they could be contacted if I needed help with any aspect of the assembly. It is so easily adjustable in all ways. It did not have a cover.Thanks again for a wonderful product

Purple Leaf customer service and communication exceeded my expectations Before I purchased my umbrellas, I was very impressed with the communication service the Purple Leaf company’s umbrella rep, Kate, provided for me, responding promptly and daily to my questions by email to make sure I was ordering correctly. The products arrived on time as promised and were very well packaged. The 9x15 market umbrella can be assembled quickly. The 10x10 cantilever umbrella takes more time and needs at least 2 people to set it in place. One must obtain enough sand for stabilization and patiently install it: 150 lb of sand for the market umbrella base and 150 lb of sand with about 75 lb of water to wash it into the holes to fill both chambers of the cantilever base. Operation of the umbrellas is easy. I bought 2 with matching color for my patio. Hopefully the umbrella material will be durable for color and strength in southern FL sun and wind. My only negative was that some of the printed directions and diagrams were not fully clear or accurate for certain assembly steps on the cantilever umbrella.

Concrete Mounted 10'x13" Umbrella! I bought the 10' x 13' model and installed it this weekend. I decided to purchase the solid steel base plate that's typically used to mount on a wood deck, but used it to mount directly to concrete. I used Tapcon anchors versus stainless steel wedge anchors and they worked out perfectly. My wife just loves the shade we get on our patio. The product is very sturdy and appears to be well made. I sprayed "303 Fabric Guard" to provide some added UV and water-repellant protection.

Great umpbrella I purchased the largest umbrella (10 x 13) they have for our new patio and bolted it to the patio rather than using a water filled base. It's easy to put up and take down and turn different directions. This thing is really well made, especially considering the price.Without the extra height provided by a weighted base I can't open the umbrella without it hitting the dining table so I have to rotate it away from the table, open it and then rotate it back over the table. I have the room to do this so it's not a problem. To achieve a 13' span the umbrella rods are very long and therefore hang down low when it's folded up. I doubt smaller size umbrellas hang low enough to be impeded by the table.Purple leaf does offer a base that can be set in concrete under pavers (which is what i have) but I just purchased stainless all thread and made my own base. It's hard to find the Purple Leaf base online but if you call them they will send you a link.

Great umbrella, wrong part sent - UPDATE Was very excited to receive umbrella. I ordered the metal plate to bolt into my concrete deck to save space. I was assured using the plate the arms would not hit the deck. The extend piece added to the base pole made it so the umbrella mast hole didnt line up with the hole in the base for the bolt. Once the extened piece was removed the bolt did line up but the arms hit the deck. Emailed Purple Leaf and they sent me the "re-engineered" base pole. I received it, took the umbrella down, and it was the exact same base. Not happy. I am now waiting on response from them. They have responded to my multiple questions before the purchase so confident they will respond. Just a hassle taking it down/up because the correct base pole was not sent. The umbrella is awesome and very sturdy and "heavy". Takes at least to people to place umbrella on base pole.Will update review after this last problem is resolvedUPDATE: I received the taller base pole and it fit perfectly with the extension piece. The arms no longer hit the deck. It took awhile to get it but communication with them was great. Always answered my emails. Will be purchasing another once back in stock. Changed rating from 3 to 5 stars!!!

Great product. But no replacement canopies available any longer? Great umbrella, really looks nice and fits great in our backyard setting. Anyone know where to get a replacement canopy? Ours ripped in a windstorm recently.
