My umbrella cover became torn and has now been replaced by Purple Leaf. Great replacement, much better quality and the service was excellent. I would recommend this company and its product. The umbrella is the only one you will buy.

Attention ⚠️ ! Le parasol semble bien mais… il est livré sans aucun pied, pas de croix, rien pour le fixer… je ne peux donc pas l’utiliser. Je pe sais naïvement qu’il arriverait au moins avec une croix pour le faire tenir au sol. Comme j’ai 200 kg de base en béton, je pensais pouvoir l’utiliser mais sans croix c’est impossible. J’ai donc dû commander sur le site un pied pour 220€ en plus ! Tenez bien compte de cette information quand vous commanderez ce produit !!

Great product and customer service I bought the Purple Leaf 10x12 beige patio umbrella for my backyard, and I absolutely love it! It’s big, elegant, and instantly makes the whole patio feel like a resort. The beige color is classy and goes perfectly with my outdoor furniture. It adds that calm, relaxing vibe I wanted.The quality feels premium. The canopy fabric is thick and gives great shade, and the UV protection really helps on hot sunny days. Great product; AMAZING customer service I almost never write reviews, but I had to for this because Purple Leaf went above and beyond. Their customer service was outstanding.But, first, the product itself. This is the second Purple Leaf cantilevered umbrella we've purchased. The quality is terrific, especially at the price point. The pole is strong and solid. The fabric is strong, durable, and attractive. This does not look cheap at all. Everything is high-end. All of the mechanisms work well. And based on our first umbrella, these are very durable, even with strong sun and wind.It takes some effort to assemble it, but it is very do-able. The instructions are above-average; they could include more precision and guidance. We made a couple of mistakes, but they were easy to correct.The 9x11 cantilevered umbrella we ordered does not come with a cover. It's worth the investment to buy one separately. (It also doesn't come with a base, so you'll have to order that as well. Again, even taking into consideration these separate purchases, this is still a great value for a top-end patio umbrella. We can't recommend this strongly enough.)The real amazing thing about this purchase, however, was the customer service. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and Purple Leaf's customer service repeatedly checked in on the process to make sure everything was moving along properly. Bravo to Purple Leaf!

Best of the Best This Purple Leaf 10 ft umbrella is AMAZING!!We were blown away when we opened it!!Huge, covers our patio, blocks the sun from every angle.Well made, sturdy, color exactly as picturedEasy to open, easy to close, easy to move from side to side. Open it all the way or to suit your need.Can you tell I absolutely love it ?We looked at the one they install for thousands, no need to spend that money. This one is much better easier cheaper.

Updated: Attractive, stable, I love it In a nutshell - the umbrella is great. So glad we got it.We live on the Columbia River facing south/southwest across from a wildlife refuge, so we need some shade but I didn't want anything that would permanently block the view. Also, we're near the mouth of the famously windy Columbia Gorge, so any umbrella would have to be extra stable, even when closed (I've lost several tall, heavy potted plants).This umbrella hit every mark. 1. As you can see from the photos, when the umbrella is closed, it's out of view. 2. I can sit outside now and find shade any time of day by changing the angle of the umbrella. 3. My engineer husband laughed at me when I said we ought to move it to the side of the house to be safe when the big winds come. He said that the umbrella is going nowhere when closed. We had some 15 mph gusts the other day when I was sitting outside, and there was some minor movement at the top, but nothing to be concerned about.Assembly and operation: My son put it together on his own, pretty intuitively; however, he's 6'5". If you don't have the height, It would be pretty difficult without two people. Now that it's assembled, it's very easy for me to put up and down and change the angle.We got the moveable base because I wanted to be able to adjust the location to shade the table or the seating area. However, we filled it to the max with sand and water for maximum stability, so it's big and it's HEAVY. My son and husband can move it. I (a fit 135 lb, 5'5" woman) cannot. Customer service suggested we take some of the sand out and put a couple of sandbags on top instead. We'll do that before next season.
