Well Crafted This is a really cool journal! I bought this to write notes, letters, talk about my day, and whatever else for my fiancé to read when I get home from travel gigs. The leather and the stitching is done really well and the paper is awesome. Sharpie roller pens work really well on the paper and don't bleed through, so I can use both sides to maximize usage.The 1 star lost is because the wrap around cord is too long. There's way too much slack in it, so it tends to come undone. When I get home from this gig, I'm gonna cut it and redo the key attachment so that it's a tight fit and won't come undone. Other than that, I love this thing!

Very happy with this basket! Solid and sturdy. Be warned though, it is heavy! If you plan on moving the basket around a lot you may the find the HD Pro a bit much.

Even cooler that expected! I bought this for my wife as a gift. It made her cry because she said it was too special for her writings.I can’t speak to how it holds ink, but it is a beautiful journal. The cover is very soft and thick leather. The pages are thick and durable, but also soft. It’s well constructed with a good weight to it. Overall a great value with a ton of pages.This thing looks super cool. People will ask about it, want to open it, and be jealous that they don’t have one.

Very Beautiful Journal This is a Really Beautiful Journal, if you’re looking for that old world antique look & feel. The leather is soft & the old world style paper is a nice thickness, that holds the gel ink with no bleed through. It’s everything antique & aged that you could ask for, without actually being so. It seems to be very well put together, so I’m hoping time will not disappoint. I Love that the paper is lined because most All I found were not. For me, this was a Huge attraction. This would also be a Very nice gift for any Journal lover or a Sketchbook for that Artist in your life. Overall, this was a Great purchase & I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again. 💖💖💖

High quality, beautiful design Better than the photos. Larger than you think. The strap/key is perfectly fitted for the journal. Smells like fresh leather, 240 pages is more than you think in your head, especially with the page size. Best journal I’ve ever had in terms of quality has a handmade appearance and feels high quality on the fingers.

So beautiful and well made. This is nice. There wasn’t any smell or anything off on mine. The pages do seem a little more fragile than I expected. They feel like the big Chief grade school pads we had when we were in first and second grade - - don’t know if they still make those (I’m 68😜) The leather is nice and it had extra protection on the front edge of the papers to protect it. The leather color is beautiful. The photos show the protection paper for the edges and how the different sections are secured as well as how the book looks closed.I am very happy with this. I didn’t try writing in it yet, plan to buy a quilled Pen and ink to write quotes, expressions and inspirational thoughts in it.

It's a good idea to keep journal stored separately from any other items Definitely a great journal I'm not sure if the leather is real or not but the quality of the leather is good and hold up. The closure works great on it. The functionality overall is great. There is no bleed through with the paper from page to the other. The cool gives you that old antique look and feel.
