A fantastic well made product, with 5 star customer service This is a great range. The burners are strong and the wok feature is very handy. The ovens worked great and knocked out a turkey dinner for 10 with ease. I cannot stress enough the old school customer service at Executive Appliances. From start to finish the level of attention paid to the customer was unparalleled. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Quality I didn’t realize how small the ovens actually are. I’d love to trade it for the single oven model if possible. Not yet been used.

Disappointed This four thousand dollar stove is not all it's claimed to be. The Ovens do not cook evenly. It is extremely hard to clean in the little cracks and crevices. It scratches easily. I have been trying to locate the store that it came from to actually speak to the manager. They called me after purchase.And it's been two or three years now , and I somehow misplaced the store information. Also, the large oven has start lighting on its own.I literally have to use a match to light it. I am extremelydisappointed.

He was very helpful with questions and always available by text or phone, Our range is lovely, We have not finished our kitchen renovation but look forward to cooking on this beautiful appliance.

Nice Stove 5 stars for customer service. Robert provided amazing customer service! We really appreciate his attention to his customers.The stove has a great design and looks beautiful in our kitchen. The gas top works great. The ovens, though, take a long time to heat up (nearly 1 hour to get to 425 degrees) and the display doesn’t show the temperature. So product itself is a 3-4 star due to oven functionality. We are going to verify with Robert if this is normal and we’ll update this review afterwards.

Boils water in no time Love this stove. It’s very good looking and the burners have a very high BTU. It is from Italy so there’s a learning curve and you will need an electrician to make compatible with US electrical standards.

I would love to love this oven…. This could be a fantastic oven. I hope out of fantastic. One day.The customer service is STELLAR! Not 10 minutes after ordering it, Robert was in the phone with us, introducing himself as the point of contact. He would walk us through the entire process- what a fantastic guy he is!!However, at deliver and set up, we realized that the large oven door doesn’t close all the way. The installers wouldn’t fix it “not their job”.We contacted Robert and watched Videos as he recommended and tried to fix it ourselves. We are not professional oven repairmen.Then we took a 6 week vacation.We came home in time to host Thanksgiving for 29 guests.Thank goodness I have a counter top turkey roaster & crock posts!It took my 45 minute pumpkin pie 1 hour & 45 minutes to cook in the large oven (the small oven is too small for a pie pan).We finally figured out how to jam an old fashioned ice cream scoop into the door to keep it mostly closed. Thanksgiving supper was LATE because the oven doesn’t keep its heat.I used crock pots and’s insta pots to compensate for the oven not working.Another call to Robert.It’s now Christmas. Baking cookies, pie’s and other goodies has been a challenge because the door still doesn’t close. It’s open enough that I have to use a hot pad to turn any knob’s above because they are so hot they burn my fingers.We bought this June 3.My opinion on their customer service has changed drastically. Robert is still a nice guy, but nice doesn’t help me when my family & friends of 50 is depending on Christmas dinner.We now received a box of random pieces, but no work order for the local repairman. There is ZERO chance I’ll have this in time to prepare a proper meal.The stove top is better, though not all of the burners actually light, so there’s that.I hope they fix this soon. Off they go, I’ll edit my record.BUTTER BEWARE. If the oven font look right send work right, refuse delivery & have them try again.This should not be THIS difficult.

5 ***** Quality and Service Robert with Executive Appliance shipped this Verona Dual Fuel Range to me and did an OUTSTANDING JOB getting this product to me before Christmas. Robert worked tirelessly from across the county in NY to OK, just in time for Christmas. Robert kept me informed and up to date multiple times daily on the progress of shipping. Even sent video's from Verona on converting from NG to LP along with finding a repair service close to me since I purchased the extended warranty. Robert went above and beyond and saved Christmas Dinner :)
