Needs improvement disappointed 🙁 I’m a licensed esthetician unfortunately, I tried the shark hydro facial. The machine doesn't have enough suctioning to benefit the skin. I disappointed since it was a shark product, I was so excited but unfortunately, this one disappointed me. I vacuum cleaners and the blow dryer love!

Not worth it Not convinced it’s worth the price. The depuffi attachment is nice. The extraction is ok, but very gentle, not sure it’s doing much. The infusion is just pointless, I’d rather massage my skincare into my face myself. It’s still suctioning while it does it, so I don’t see the ‘infusion’ aspect of it. I don’t think this device is worth the money to be honest, it’s nothing special that and doesn’t do anything I couldn’t achieve without it already.

Skeptic turned believer I was so skeptical about this device thinking it was a gimmick. I have gotten a monthly hydrafacial for years so I felt I would “know” if this actually works or not. The suction is much gentler than a hydrafacial - without realizing it, I used the highest setting suction option with the normal tip. I went to increase the suction and then saw it was already at the highest setting. That didn’t stop this device from doing a good job. I’ve added a picture and video of the gunk from my whole face. I can see not every section / pore was deeply cleaned but at the same time this was a pretty good job for a palm size hand held home device. I did have to refill with Step 2 solution 3x because the machine goes through the product so fast. This was the first time I used this and plan to use it at least 1x per week going forward. I think it will allow me to delay my in-office hydrafacial for a month or so. This device is good for in-between appointments maintenance.

Returned If this was under $200 I would give it 4 stars, but at $400 this is not worth it.➖ The extraction didn’t extract anything. I could barely get a suction on the nose.➕The de-puff was amazing. It was instantaneously cold and could switch to hot very quickly. I wish I could buy only that. But unfortunately, it comes in a combination with the extractor.

Incredible at Home Facial Experience! I’ve been using this for a few weeks and I’m honestly really happy with it! My skin feels noticeably smoother after each use, and my pores look cleaner without my face feeling irritated. The hot/cold depuffing part is actually super nice in the morning — it helps with puffiness and makes me look more awake. It took me a couple tries to get the hang of it, but now it’s a quick, easy routine I look forward to. Totally worth it if you want an at-home facial vibe.

Works good but plastic chipped Works great. My face is super soft after using the hydration stuff. The product it comes with is expensive to rebuy but it works good. I am disappointed in the quality of the tank. Above the tanks the plastic is starting to bubble. For the price I would have expected to hold up better especially for only having it for a week. Hopefully shark can fix that. But as of right now it doesn’t affect the function.

Trust me, you need this One of my favorite skin care devices hands down. The hydra facial head and products work fantastically. Very impressive for an at home hydra facial. The de puffing head gets both cold and hot (one at a time) and is a great guy she replacement. I even use it for sore/tense shoulder and neck muscles.Not a gimmick, its an must buy for skin care girlies and guys.
