Disappointed I bought this brand because I recently purchased the hose and like it.Pros: seems sturdy and it’s easy to screw on to the faucet.Cons: the hose (of the same brand) leaks when screwed on. I used the channel locks to ensure the hose was on tight, and it still leaks. I expect that I can screw this on hand tight with no leaks. Disappointing for sure.Because of this, I would not recommend.

Before this, dragging out the pressure washer was a full production. Lug it out, plug it in, untangle the hose, realize we forgot a fitting… you get the idea. Now? It’s mounted, it’s ready, and it’s actually fun to use.We use it for everything—cars, tools, patios, the works. And it handles them all with ease. The power is absolutely on par with non-wall-mounted models, and the spray gun system is a joy. Multiple nozzles, easy attachment changes, and yes, a foam cannon that makes car washing feel less like a chore and more like a weekend treat.I’d seen reviews that dismissed this model for not having “enough pressure,” and instead recommended $1,000+ setups. Here’s the thing: I’m not pressure-washing graffiti off highway underpasses—I just want clean concrete and a sparkling car. And for that? This thing is perfect.The retractable hose alone is worth the price of admission. No more fighting a rubber python around the driveway. It’s convenient, powerful, and honestly just makes us reach for it more often because it’s not a pain to use.If you’re a normal human with normal cleaning needs and zero interest in spending four figures to remove your car’s paint (personally, I’d prefer the paint remain ON my vehicle, but maybe that’s just me?), this model will absolutely impress you.

A good hose splitter. I like the ease of function with the size of the levers. Was easy to make connections and seems like it’s pretty durable plastic. I have Giraffe auto hose reels and this is just as good quality as any of their other products. I love the quality of Giraffe brand. I think it’s fair for the price. Giraffe is not the cheapest but I like the reliability of their products.
