Perfect fit and full capacity compared to the original which was at 36% (34WH) health. It was a simple plug and play and even had the right size Torx screwdriver. My old battery was down to 34WH maximum capacity which is roughly 36% health compared to new. The new battery is the full 95WH+ and was a breeze to swap out. It charges and discharges normally and the capacity looks to be accurate. I've nearly tripled my available battery capacity over the old one so I'm quite pleased.

Good battery with an annoying quirk This battery works but doesn't like to recognize the power supply over my powered USB hub. So it gives me an error of low power draw. The stock battery didn't have this issue. Overall when it works it's fine I just need to be cautious when restarting and firing up so that the power is being drawn from the power supply, not the USB hub. When I'm just using a power supply with the laptop on location, I do not have this issue at all. It is only with a powered USB hub. The charge speed of the battery is pretty good, especially with the standard power supply. Overall, it is a good value and a good replacement battery

Fabulous experience! Replacing the battery on my Dell XPS 17 9710 was a dream!Installation was way more straightforward than I had feared. Easy! I used this electric screwdriver to open the laptop and remove the battery, rather than the provided tiny one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LPYPTV9?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_3 It worked fast and great with no risk of stripping. But you could also stick the provided screwdriver into your drill and you'd probably be fine. Or just put on an audiobook and turn it by hand for a while.I found a YouTube video to show me how to open the thing. The only part I needed the video for was what to do after you remove the cover screws. You have to use the provided "guitar pick" piece to pry the top and bottom parts of the case apart. Slide it along the crack on three sides of the laptop until the two pop apart. Be careful with the white LED light in the front middle of the laptop when sliding. Then you unscrew the old battery, unplug the old wire harness, and toss that old battery. Put the new one in the same way, line up the wiring harness, and when you're confident it's in the right spot, press down firmly across the whole harness pad. You'll feel the metal contacts bending to fit in. If you've lined it up right, this should be fine. Once it's plugged in all the way, screw in all the battery screws, put the lid on, and screw in the lid screws. Boom! I actually turned it on after snapping the case back together but before screwing in the screws, just so I could make sure it was in right and would work correctly. Yep, it was fine.Per the battery's instructions, after installing it I ran the battery down to zero by streaming video while using a 3D-heavy web game. After it shut off I turned it back on for a few minutes to get it all the way to zero. Then I plugged it in and charged it to 100%. Then used it for several hours to run it down to 0% again. After this, Windows 11 enabled its prediction of battery life and charging time. Right now I'm at 73% and it says I still have 4 hours and 3 minutes left. Yay! With my old battery it would give me under 2 hours remaining at this charge level.

Battery works great Works great. Finally my Dell laptop can run 3-4 hours instead of only 45 mins on battery power.

Just as advertised. easy to install and worked well...only complaint might be that instructions were for troubleshooting but not for installation; but, YouTube came through!

Good, looks like new cells, a definite buy So far, it's good. The app Batterymon says it's capacity is 95.3Wh, not too far from the 97Wh Dell battery. Also, looks like new, not recycled batteries like I've seen in packs for my older Dell laptop. It did have only 5% charge when it arrived, but charged right up to the full capacity (took a while). Took a couple of minutes to charge enough for my laptop to turn on, but good through several charge cycles so far. Gets a good thumbs up so far!
