ZLINE 30 Inch 4.0 Cubic Foot Stainless Steel Dual Fuel Range with 4 Burner Porcelain Cooktop, Gas Stove, Cast Iron Grill, and Electric Convection Oven

Dont waste your money The oven heats unevenly. One of the feet that screw in at the bottom wont screw in. I heard nothing from them on tracking. I have issues with the stove oven, but im not even going to waste my time to contact them, they never responded on tracking. I do not reccomend making a large purchase on amazon, let alone this poorly crafted untestested oven and company.

Oven doesn’t bake evenly Aesthetically, our range looks beautiful but we are not 100% happy with the oven, it is supposed to be a convection oven but it doesn’t perform as one.

No simmer for simmer burner The best thing about the stove we had was the shipping and packaging. The formed foam and all packing was very good and provided very good protection. Another great aspect was the placement of the gas inlet which is up off the floor and very handy for installation as was the long electrical cord.We found for our application the anti tip devices (small chains) were too short to get attached if not a contortionist.The burner parts just sat on the stove top and had a shaky feel.Biggest problem was the simmer burner flamed up so much it burned soup very quickly. Very little adjustment on all burners.Biggest problem was continuing to call and kept repeating problems but not getting real help. Nice people but got tired of calling and waiting but easy return of stove. It was very nice looking stove but did not work for us

Not only is the customer service horrible it’s completely non-existent🙁 I ordered the duel fuel 30 inch stove and the matching dishwasher. The minute we plug the stove in there was a popping sound. we finally discovered the convection fans had burned out when it was plugged in. I called the customer service number provided, never was answered. I sent several emails, they were never answered. Luckily I had a friend who works for a store that sells Zline. he put me in touch with a product rep. She was very nice and seemed to be helpful. I was told a repair shop would be calling me within five days. About seven days after my initial contact I received a package which I believe to hold replacement parts. It has now been over two weeks. we have never been contacted by a repair service and cannot get any other responses from Zline. This is very sad because I do like the stove and feel it is a high-quality product but a product is only as good as the service behind it.

Looks good. Cooks stuff. Doesn't last. Looks good. But, I would exepxt it to last more than 7 years. Squealing fans, knobs that fall off. Light switch fell out.

Never mentioned! This oven takes 40 minutes to preheat.On every setting a ridiculously loud exhaust fan delivers hot air into your kitchen; it would make a great heater for your kitchen! I tried to get some support but they sent me in circles and avoided the issue because the item was not defective but rather has this design flaw.....I'm so disappointed!

OVEN COOKS UNEVEN WHEN BAKING I purchased this when our oven in our electric stove died. Knowing I would be hosting Thanksgiving dinner, I didn't research as much as I should've. Well, the oven hasn't worked properly for all the holiday baking I normally do. On one cookie sheet on low heat - 1/2 in the back of the oven are overcooked while the 1/2 in the front of the cookie sheet aren't finished cooking. We were sent a part and told to find our own repairman. What a joke. Also - things that aren't a deal breaker but you might not think about. There isn't a timer on the stove so you'll have to use your phone or buy a counter one. There is also room in the middle for a 5th burner, but it is only a 4 burner. Again, not a deal breaker but definitely something I will be looking for if I need a new one in the future. I also bought because it was a Tennessee based company and so I thought that it was American made. This is just another China made product. My next purchase will be from the Whirpool family of products. Not very happy with the oven at all. I love to bake but I can't until we find someone to fix it.UPDATE: DON'T BUY ZLINE!!! bought an RA30 Dual Fuel. My recommendation is to DON'T EVER buy a ZLine. They are beautiful but our oven doesn't work. The repairman just told us that's how it's designed. I was just told that after 45 years of baking I now have to adjust all my recipes to accommodate the inefficiencies of this oven. It takes 25 minutes plus to preheat. You have to add a thermometer to your oven and get on your hands and knees with a flashlight to check the temperature. It fluctuates 50 degrees during the baking cycle and the temperature is 20 degrees different from the front to the back. The gas portion is great but in the "lower end" product, you get a burner in the middle and not just 4 burners. I am going to find as many places as I can to review this stove poorly so no one else gets suckered into buying one. Also, the oven hasn't worked properly since install and at one point we were mailed parts and told we had to find our own repairman.

Performs as good as it looks. Love it. Got it installed just a few weeks ago and have used it non-stop. Great product.
