Customization is wonderful, and their customer service is top notch! Both myself and my fiancé play video games. I'm more casual, mostly MMORPGs, but he likes first-person shooter games, like He'll Let Loose, Escape from Tarkov, etc. He was able to make it so he has a setting and I have a setting, with just the click of a button. The layout to program it was easy enough to do, as well as adding macros. Highly recommend it, don't let the price stop you from ordering!Update: after almost a year, the middle button stopped working. Out of the blue, just wouldn't work. That's a serious problem for us, because my husband (we got married between then and now) also uses it for 3D modeling for his job in Blender, and for gaming. We contacted Corsair support, and after trying all of the steps they listed to try and solved the issue, they allowed us to submit a return and will ship us a new one once we send the old one back. We do have to cover the return shipping fee, but in comparison to how much the mouse cost, we have no issue doing so if it gets us a replacement. Thank you Corsair! Will update once we get the new mouse. They give you 4 weeks to return it and you have to include the slip they attach to the return email they send you, which has a barcode for them to scan, for your return order.

Scroll Wheel Click Fails Due to Insufficient Actuation Travel Overall, it’s a solid mouse in terms of feel, weight, and sensor performance.Unfortunately, the middle mouse button has been unreliable almost since I bought it in 2024. It worked briefly at first, then quickly required excessive force, and eventually stopped registering consistently. The underlying issue appears to be a design problem: the scroll wheel does not provide enough actuation travel to reliably press the middle-click switch. Cleaning did not resolve it, and while I attempted a physical workaround, it was not a great long-term fix. This became a serious problem in games where the middle mouse button is tied to important core functions, such as marking locations on the map for your group. Because the game was new, rebind options were not available for a long time, which meant I couldn’t track points of interest or communicate effectively with teammates. Those features were effectively unusable. For a mouse in this price range, losing a fundamental input so early, especially one commonly used in games, is extremely frustrating. I’m now at the point where replacing the mouse entirely makes more sense than continuing to fight a design flaw.

FANTASTIC Mouse. Middle click died after 3 years of LONG abuse. Will be buying another. I got this mouse 3 years ago and it has been reliable, fantastic, and durable. I work from home for 2 jobs, and game. HEAVILY. So I am using this CONSTANTLY. The only reason I am docking 1 star is because the middle click started double clicking about a month ago and recently the middle click completely died. Ive had this mouse a long time, but ive had other mice 5-6 years before they die so I felt this was a bit premature for a $90 dollar mouse to die after 3 years. THAT BEING SAID, I love this mouse and will be buying another. Its super comfortable, has just the right amount of programmable buttons, tuneable weights and hella accurate. Very much love this mouse and just hope mine dying after 3 years was just a fluke. To be clear the mouse still works in every other function but the middle click is just dead after being flakey for a few weeks.

Good mouse with some small issues after 3 to 5 years its a really good mouse. been using it for almost 5years. the only problem i have been having with it lately is my left botten clicker keeps double clicking any time i use it. wich is nice in games somtimes but not for any other uses. looking forword to buying a new one every 4 to 5 years.

Good mouse, DPI buttons are sometimes too easy to hit Mouse works really well, I'm pretty happy with it. It's what I would expect for the price point. Only criticism, and this may be a positive for some, is that the additional DPI buttons on the edge of the left mouse button are very easy to hit by accident mid-game. It's irritating to click and suddenly A) the left mouse button wasn't actually pressed, I was hitting the DPI button and B) my mouse sensitivity is suddenly way different.I've been using it daily for months without issue though so the build holds up well, feels nice, comfortable. I do like that there are different DPIs depending on whether you hit the middle buttons or the ones on the edge, and the sniper button on the side is nice. RGB is noticeable without being blinding, which is how I like it. cord is braided and is holding up pretty well, although if there's a kink in it it will stay for a long time. Near the plug end there are still bends from when I took it out of the packaging.Overall, good mouse at the price I would expect.

Solid 'customize once and forget' mouse For some background, I previously owned the wired version of this mouse and decided to upgrade to the wireless version after the middle-click on my wired mouse started failing. This is a mouse that's highly customizable (through the iCUE software), including DPI, RGB lighting, and button assignments. It supports up to 5 DPI levels per profile that can go up to 26,000. Even better, once you have it configured the way you want it, you can switch to Onboard Memory Mode and never have to use the software again if you don't want to.Battery life seems to be solid, it charges quickly and lasts a long time, and the mouse itself feels well-built, with no give to the plastic when gripped tightly. The wireless adapter is stored in a small compartment on the bottom of the mouse, not in the box, and it comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable to charge if you need one. 5/5 would buy again.
