Please note that the remote start function does not work in "standalone" mode (just the generator).

I’ll be teaming this generator with the Delta pro2 to power my refrigerators and furnaceI have two River pro units for the internet (phone-tv-web)The greatest thing is the generator only runs to recharge the battery40% less fuel and noise (although you can’t hear it in eco mode)The battery only drains when the freezers kick in so there’s no need for a generator to be constantly runningBrilliant!

Missing adapter Ordered the Eco Pro Generator combo and wasn’t informed that the adapter needed was out of stock. 2 weeks after delivery, still no adapter. Was informed that the adapter would be back in stock July 20th , it’s now July 24th and no response or communication from ECOFLOW. Both work as advertised and I like the technology and product itself but, customer service is questionable. Will update review once I receive the adapter and I’m able to actually test the system together.9/5/24 update: Finally got my adapter for the generator. I raised my rating from a one to a three star, communication was subpar and I never got the camp light as promised for my inconvenience, $500 credit would have been more appreciated than a camping light I never received though. The product overall performs as advertised and I would rate a 4 1/2 stars.Update 4/3/25: Tested the 3600 Pro with 3600 Extra Battery and the 1800w Generator. Worked as advertised. Pre-set at 30% to start charging and shutdown at 100%. Left it connected to WiFi and I was able to watch it by mobile phone when on the road. Takes about 3 hours on propane to charge both batteries at 30% start time. Actually performs better than I expected and very impressed with the technology.

Just Get It It's perfect for our needs. Love the fact that it's auto start/stop when our Ecoflow Delta Pro 3, Delta 2 Max, Delta 3 Plus or Delta 3 needs to be topped off.It would have come in real handy after hurricane Helene when we were without power for 9 days. We do have a 2500 watt inverter generator and it was our workhorse during the aftermath. It's dual fuel, so we fuel it with propane. And having the capability of monitoring the propane levels in the app is great.I did have an issue initially with trying to connect it to wifi and Bluetooth, but eventually it all worked out.It is heavy, but I have no issues rolling it around on the 2 back wheels. The first time I tried to start it, it cranked up without a hitch.Don't know about it's battery life yet. However, if there's an issue it can use the power in whatever power station I need to charge to start itself. That's pretty cool!I'm still breaking it in, but I'm quite pleased with it. In fact, I wish that the power would go out. LOL

Worst support ever. I would give it a ZERO if i could this unit when it works is great the problem is when it works. I have had it 2 years and not the inverter is dead and getting support is the worst i open the case a week ago and still haven't gotten a return label to ship back for service matter of face i haven't heard from their support in 4 days after sending the info they wanted. To be fair the generator has worked other than an dead battery. But i also go a solar panel that didnt even last a year so if you want quality or support this is not the product for you. You like cool features and techy stuff and don't care if it works all the time then spend the money.

Works great and easy to set up. Fantastic tech support! Arrived within 3 days of ordering during the holidays. Excellent packaging shipped well considering its weight. Unfortunately I had to use it just three days or receiving it and their technical support was great and helped me easily set it up. I love the dual fuel option! The quality of the product is very sturdy and runs much quieter than I expected.

My New Best Friend During Blackouts: The EcoFlow Smart Generator 4000 (Dual Fuel) Let me start by saying: I never thought I’d be the type to get excited about a generator. I mean, generators are supposed to be loud, smelly, pull-start nightmares that make you feel like you’re wrestling a lawnmower on steroids. But this EcoFlow 3200W DC Fast Charging Dual Fuel Smart Generator? It’s like the Tesla of generators – smart, efficient, and it doesn’t make me hate my life when I use it.I bought this to pair with my DELTA Pro 3 for home backup after a brutal storm last year left us in the dark for three days. My freezer turned into a swamp, and I lost a month’s worth of meal-prep chicken. Never again.First off, the dual fuel option is genius. Gasoline or LPG (propane)? Yes, please. I hooked it up to a 20lb propane tank (the kind you already have for your grill), and it runs cleaner, quieter, and way longer. EcoFlow claims up to 40% better fuel efficiency when charging the DELTA Pro 3, and honestly, it delivers. I charged my fully depleted DELTA Pro 3 way faster than I expected, with way less fuel burned than my old clunky gas generator ever managed. Plus, in a real emergency, if gas stations are down, propane is easier to stockpile without it going bad.The smart features are where this thing shines and earns its “smart” name. App control via Bluetooth/WiFi – I can start it, stop it, monitor fuel levels, and get alerts from my phone while sipping coffee inside. No more running out in the rain to check if it’s still chugging. It auto-starts when the battery hits your set low threshold and shuts off when full. During a recent outage, it kicked on seamlessly, kept the fridge, lights, WiFi (priorities!), and even my CPAP running without me lifting a finger. And the electric start? One button – no yanking a cord like a caveman. It’s not whisper-quiet (around 70dB at full load, like a vacuum cleaner from 7 meters away), but way quieter than traditional generators, and the auto-shutoff means it doesn’t drone on forever. Safety features are top-notch: CO detector, overload protection, low oil shutdown – all with app alerts. Peace of mind in a box.Downsides? It’s heavy (about 83 lbs), so not “portable” for everyone, but the handles help. And no CARB approval, so sorry California folks. Pricey upfront, but compared to losing a freezer full of food or hotel bills during outages, it’s a bargain. If you’re building an EcoFlow ecosystem with DELTA Pro 3 or Pro, this is the perfect sidekick. Reliable, efficient, and honestly fun to use (who says that about a generator?). 5 stars – highly recommend. My freezer thanks you, EcoFlow.
