Very quiet and easy to maneuver! Our housekeeper loves this thing! She has used a similar one at another home and recommended it to me to buy for her to use.I like the engineering and the ergonomics. It also really sucks... like it's supposed to. Before it we had a fancy Dyson. I like this better and so much quieter with different speeds.So far it's a big WIN! I recommend.

Almost as wonderful as my rainbow vacuum I just bought this vacuum because using my rainbow isn’t effortless. I wanted a vacuum that’ll give me the same results without all the effort of my rainbow. And Miele delivered. I “probably” should have bought the pet version but I just couldn’t justify spending that much for my fifth vacuum. Yes, I’m ridiculous.I’ve had my rainbow for a little over 20+ years and it works as good as the day I bought it with zero maintenance issues. I decided I wanted a robot vac but it got snagged on my snag carpet. So it’s currently not in use. I bought a small handheld that is great for quick cleanups. Then I bought a chargeable vac but the pet hairs jam it up. I decided I needed something that would be as easy to use as the chargeable standup vac but needs to be as efficient as the rainbow. And Miele delivered!I love this easy to use, flexible, maneuverable and powerful vac - it does exactly as describedI supposed if I “had” to complain about anything - the manual shows a cleaning tool / I haven’t found that yet.But I still give this vac ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

!!!DON’T BUY THIS VACUUM!!!! This vacuum is the worst! The suction is terrible! I had such high hopes and really gave it a go but it was a huge waste of money!! I thought it was just the attachment and tried several different ones but still no luck! The only nice things about it are that tit is quiet and can clean under the couches… but even that doesn’t work he cause there isn’t any suction!! Save yourself the time, money, and energy!! You could try a different Miele vacuum because I hear good things about them but venture at your own risk!! DO NOT BUY!!

Have German Shepherd/Love this! I bought this when we knew we would be getting a German Shepherd puppy. I have an Oreck but hated how quickly the bags filled up with our previous GSD. This vacuum is powerful and gets up all the dog fur. I have a 3 level home but it's only 2500 square feet and I have to empty the sweeper canister after every floor. I don't mind though because I'm not paying for bags, the canister is easy to empty, and there is so much dog fur! I could sweep every day. It's easy to maneuver and light. Must get the Parquet Twister if you have hardwood floors or tile. The floorhead that it comes with does not work on my hardwood floors and hardwood stairs. But the Parquet Twister floorhead is amazing. The vacuum blows hot air out the front and I'm not a fan of that but I can live with it. Love the retractable cord that is very long.

Love the bagless feature and so far no odor Overall it’s a really nice small vacuum. Good suction and light weight so easy to carry. If I had to change something it should be the floor attachment. Not a good design if you have pets. It tends to gather pet hair on the brush line/edge so you have to stop and remove hair manually. It clean edges fairly well but need to use small attach. or nozzle to throughly clean corners and along the wall. I’ll research getting an upgraded floor attachment to see if it will resolved the minor but annoying issues.

Small, light, easy to maneuver Vacuum is very powerful and surprisingly small. All the attachments are housed on the hose. Emptying the bin and cleaning the filters is simple. I wish the cord were longer, but that would be hard to do because the unit is very small. It’s all plastic, and the plastic feels very high quality (unlike some other pricey vacuums). I’m very impressed with this vacuum. I would buy it for a large house though, it’s better for smaller areas because of the short cord.

Great! So I usually buy Dyson, and I loved Dyson when they first came out. But the one I had most recently was upright animal/ ball and it felt so cheap. It was flimsy feeling. Either way the motor / rotation on the head died and it stopped sucking. So I took a risk and bought this. First this is a QUIET vacuum. I love that you can use the hose without pulling it out of the base of the vacuum - instead you just remove the head of the floor piece. I like that I can fully clean the chamber I don’t have to stick my f- hand in the debris to get it out. The cord goes back into place with a button. And they say that they have the same suction power / more than a dyson. But here’s the deal, the head it comes with does not have rotation it’s meant for flat hardwood floors, so you have to buy another head - the turbo. Which works well, it’s just not motorized so it feels less substantial than the Dyson which felt like it would suck the carpet up. (I liked that, to the point it almost wouldn’t move). I think you have to get another version to get a motorized head. This version you can only get a suction driven head. It is a really nice, serviceable vacuum - I’mSick of buying things that deliberately die and you’re forced to buy a new one. For the cost of a Dyson it should be more serviceable. And it shouldn’t die in 2 years. I had the first Dyson ever and that thing went from 2009-2021. It was a sad day, even worse now that I think about the fact that I got a new one that turned out to be flimsy die in 2 years junk.
