Big big big size , heavy duty for sure super super super huge umbrella it covers my long outdoor table and more. No much installation needed. Only need power to put it into its base or my table holder. Cannot wait for summer party or barbecue. My cousin asked it when I shared him this lovely item on a picture. Matching and setting up my backyard furniture. Love it love it.😍

POOR QUALITY OF FABRIC IN THE UMBRELLA PRODUCT POOR rating!!! These items were delivered when we were out of town and opened and employed. We returned this weekend and the two umbrellas were a reorder through Amazon of these that we have used in the past. They are NOTHING like the others in quality. The description that is given for the quality of the fabric is totally deceptive and false. Our other umbrellas have had a heavy canvas fabric and these have a very light weight material that you can even semi see through. We use them to protect our furniture from the rain and it looks as though there are pin pricks throughout the thin fabric that will allow leakage. It is very cheap. And the price is the same. Also the dimensions are different...it is narrower. These two umbrellas should be returned but since this was unpackaged and they are bulky items I do not know how this can be done. I do feel we should receive a refund for these as they are definitely NOT what was advertised and what we expected based on past experience. We are very upset. Please respond as to how this can be remedied.

Big shade and good vibes The shade coverage is very HUGE, everyone can sit comfortably without playing musical chairs to avoid the sun. I love how smooth the crank is, there is no wrestling match, no stuck umbrella drama, and it feels sturdy once everything is properly weighed down. The fabric looks great and has that nice, clean outdoor vibe. The frame feels strong and well made, and I feel confident using it for long hangouts outside. We’ve been using it for family dinners, weekend lounging, and even kid playtime, and it makes the patio feel so much more inviting. Just remember to close it when it gets windy. Overall, a big upgrade and totally worth it!

Great customer service This is my 2nd time buying this umbrella. I loved the first one, it held up well in our coastal wind and gave great shade. Unfortunately, after two years a part inside the pole broke and I couldn’t repair it. I decided to give it another try. The 2nd one arrived with a disconnected cord and couldn’t open. The seller was very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement. But the 3rd umbrella also had issues-the crank handle popped off and wouldn’t stay in place. I had to secure it with a string to make it usable.While the product quality has been frustrating, I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the customer service team has been. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue. That level of support definitely deserves recognition. I’m giving four stars for the excellent service. I do hope their quality control improves in the future. When this 3rd one eventually gives out, I’d still consider buying from them again. That's how much I liked the design and how much I appreciate their service.

Great Quality This umbrella is way better than I expected! The 15ft size is HUGE and provides tons of shade it easily covers our entire patio seating area. Perfect for sunny days in the backyard.Setup was pretty straightforward, and the frame feels solid and well-built, not flimsy at all. The fabric is thick and looks high quality, with great sun protection. The color also matches the photos online, which is a big plus.
